About the experience

You didn’t build this far to stay here.

Women Leading East Idaho is a one-day luxury conference designed for the high-achieving woman entrepreneur who is ready to elevate every corner of her business and life.

This is not a beginner’s room. This is the room where women who have already done the work come to go further — sharpened in strategy, refined in presence, and reconnected to the vision that started it all.

One day. Five transformative sessions. A network of women at your level. And a version of yourself you’ve been waiting to meet.

The conversations

Five sessions for your next level.

Five perspectives across failure, money, systems, space, and leadership.

01

Refined by Failure

The thing you are most afraid of failing at may be the exact thing you are being called to do. A session for the woman ready to stop waiting at the edge of her next level.

02

The CFO Within

Master your money — from day-to-day operations to long-term investment strategy. Build wealth with the confidence of a chief financial officer.

03

You Automated the Wrong Thing

Capacity was never your constraint. Explore what to automate, why most AI use can make the owner more essential, and the question that separates faster from right.

04

Design Your Space

Discover how designing an environment that aligns with your vision can transform the way you work, lead, and grow, because when you intentionally design your space, you create a stronger foundation for your success.

05

Styled to Lead

Confidence doesn’t follow style…it creates it. Sheri Brasier shows you how belief becomes presence, and presence becomes leadership.

Meet the room

A table of women who move things forward.

Refined by Failure

Everyone talks about failure like it’s a detour. This session will bring you face to face with the truth that most people are too afraid to say out loud: the thing you are most afraid of failing at is the exact thing you are being called to do. Here is what fear doesn’t want you to know, every time you stayed safe, played small, or talked yourself out of the leap, you didn’t avoid failure. You just chose a different kind. The quiet kind. The kind that costs you your potential instead of your pride.

This session is for the woman who has been standing at the edge of her next level, waiting until she feels ready, waiting until the timing is right, waiting until she is sure she won’t fall.

She will not leave still waiting!

Shannon Kinghorn

Infinite Banking Practitioner

Shannon Kinghorn helps women entrepreneurs fund business growth through Infinite Banking and self-directed financial strategy.

Shannon Kinghorn is an Infinite Banking practitioner who helps high-achieving women entrepreneurs fund their business growth by structuring their own portfolios around properly designed life insurance, rather than relying on banks and outside lenders. Her work blends technical financial strategy with personal sovereignty, helping women reclaim control over decisions historically outsourced to institutions, a journey she’s currently chronicling in a forthcoming book. At Women Leading East Idaho, she’ll bring that same directness and depth: no sugarcoating, just what she knows to be true.

Your Business Doesn’t Need Another Loan.

It Needs a Bank You Own.

Most high-achieving women entrepreneurs have been taught the same financial playbook: grow, then ask permission, from a bank, an investor, a line of credit to fund the next stage. This session breaks that pattern apart. Shannon will show you why the financing model you’ve been using is quietly working against you, and introduce the framework of Infinite Banking: a way to structure your own assets so that you become the source of capital for your own growth, instead of a customer of someone else’s. This isn’t a savings tip or a passive investment pitch, it’s a fundamental redesign of where financial power sits in your business and your life. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how this works, why it matters specifically for women who are done asking for permission, and what your first move should be.

Brooke Elder

Systems and Operations Coach

Co-founder of True North Strategies, advising businesses on a strategy-first, AI-second philosophy after building systems that reduced dependency on labor.

Brooke Elder built and sold her first company in 2015, only to realize it was worth little because it depended entirely on her. Her next venture grew to $8 million in revenue and 2,000+ clients, but ballooning headcount was eating into profit — so she cut her team from 27 to 6, replaced labor with structure and automated systems, and doubled results, all while running the business remotely from a sailboat. Today she’s co-founder of True North Strategies, where she’s advised 100+ businesses on her core philosophy: strategy first, AI second.

You Automated the Wrong Thing

Every time you hit a ceiling, you added hands. A hire. A contractor. A better tool. Lately, a little AI. And every time, it worked just enough to keep you doing it again.

Here’s the problem. Capacity was never your constraint. You have been solving a judgment problem with a labor problem, and AI is about to make that mistake faster and more expensive than any hire ever could.

Brooke ran her business from a sailboat in the middle of the Atlantic with zero AI. The structure was right, so the tools didn’t matter. That is the uncomfortable inverse of what you have been sold.

In this session she’ll show you what she actually automated, why most AI use makes the owner more essential instead of less, and the one question that separates building faster from building the right thing.

Shelby Westergard is an entrepreneur and the founder of Defining Spaces, where she has spent more than 25 years helping clients create intentional spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. With a unique ability to see what’s possible before it’s obvious, Shelby believes great design goes far beyond aesthetics—it shapes the way we think, work, and live.

Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Shelby has learned that the same vision required to transform a space can also transform a business and a life. Through both personal and professional challenges, she discovered that success isn’t built by waiting until everything is perfect, but by having the courage to see what’s possible before anyone else does.

Today, Shelby is passionate about helping entrepreneurs intentionally create environments that support productivity, creativity, and growth while building businesses that reflect their values, purpose, and long-term vision.

How Intentional Spaces Inspire Productivity, Creativity, and Vision

Have you ever walked into a room that instantly made you feel energized, focused, and ready to create? Or one that left you feeling distracted, overwhelmed, and uninspired? That’s not an accident.

As entrepreneurs, we spend countless hours building our businesses, yet many overlook one of the most influential tools affecting our success—our environment. Drawing from more than 25 years of experience as an interior designer and entrepreneur, Shelby Westergard will share how intentional design goes far beyond aesthetics. You’ll discover practical ways to create spaces that increase productivity, inspire creativity, reduce mental clutter, and support clearer decision-making. More importantly, you’ll learn how designing an environment that aligns with your vision can transform the way you work, lead, and grow, because when you intentionally design your space, you create a stronger foundation for your success.

Styled to Lead

with Sheri Brasier, Founder of The School of Self Leadership

You don’t need to feel confident before you get dressed. You need to believe in yourself first. The style will start wanting to catch up on its own.

In this session, Sheri flips the script on the way most women think about style: it’s not the reward for confidence, it’s the byproduct of belief. When you believe in yourself, you move differently. And the moment you move differently, you start wanting to look like the woman you’ve already become.

From there, Sheri shows you how leadership gets communicated before you ever say a word, through presence, through the evidence your choices leave behind, through dressing for the room you’re stepping into next instead of just the one you’re comfortable in. Leadership and style is exactly where she shines, and in this session, she’s handing you the framework.

You’ll walk away with:
  • How to catch the belief spark before it ever reaches your closet
  • Why every outfit is evidence for either your old story or your new one
  • A simple framework, Presence, Proof, Position, for dressing as the leader you’re already becoming
