Loving your body and liking what you see in the mirror.

We’re always hearing that we should love our body, but if you’re anything like me, there’s been times that I didn’t want to love my body at the weight it was. I hated how I looked when I saw my reflection in the mirror.

If you can relate, I totally understand how you feel. I understand what it feels like when you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see.

As successful, middle age women most of us gained weight during pregnancy and while we LOVE LOVE LOVE those little people we made from scratch, we hate that weight gain is a result of bringing humans into this world. 😢

So while I totally understand why you don’t like the reflection in the mirror, I also understand that hating what you see in the mirror is not helping you change it.
