Fear is an emotion and it’s ok to feel it. We have been raised and taught and society certainly is giving us this message now, that we should always be happy, never make mistakes, and get it right the first time. Everywhere we turn there’s someone telling us we should be skinnier, richer, happier, and less angry. And really, none of us WANT to feel negative emotion! It sucks! It’s a human response to not want to feel negative emotion. Feeling happy is SO much more fun, am I right?!
