How to get what you really want

When you want to set a goal, or even when you just want to accomplish something, it can be cleaning the bathroom, or going for a walk. If you don’t know what you WANT then you’ll have a hard time accomplishing it.

Our brains don’t like restrictions, our brains like to be spontaneous.
The higher brain is  the decision center of our brains. The lower brain is where all the automatic stuff happens, like brushing your teeth, getting dressed, breathing, & walking.
