Self Confidence Habits-Part 1

Today I’m sharing 5 Habits that helped me increase my self confidence and will also help you. These habits are simple & doable and some of them you might be already doing. If you are doing them, ask yourself if you have increased confidence because of it? Some of them you aren’t doing and I know this because you tell me you are struggling in these areas. I’ve had the question so much recently that I wanted to dive into the answer on the podcast. The question is this, “How do you increase self confidence? Like what did you actually DO?” Today I’m giving you some ideas to try out.
