About sheri
“I remember sitting at my desk at 11pm realizing I was the busiest person I knew and the least paid.”
Sheri Brasier
I built a business that looked great on paper — and was burning me out.
I’m Sheri Brasier (pronounced Bray-zure), and I spent years doing what most women entrepreneurs do: working harder, saying yes to everything, and wondering why all that effort wasn’t turning into the business I actually wanted.
I was the classic overworking solopreneur. I was busy every hour, but not building anything sustainable. I had the skills. I had the clients. What I didn’t have was the identity of a CEO. I was still showing up like a helper, like an employee in my own company, waiting for someone to give me permission to lead.
When I finally made the shift, and when I stopped operating like a one-woman hustle machine and started leading like the CEO my business needed- everything changed. Not just my revenue. My confidence. My clarity. The way I made decisions. The way I showed up.
And then I started seeing the exact same pattern in every woman I coached.
What I Do

What I do (and what makes it different)
I’m an Advanced Certified Life Coach and leadership development expert with 30 years of experience working with high-achieving women. But credentials aren’t what get my clients results. What gets them results is this: I can hear the exact thought that’s keeping you stuck — the belief you don’t even know you’re carrying — and help you replace it with one that actually moves your business forward.
I don’t give you more to do. I help you become the leader who knows what to do and trusts herself to do it.
That means we work on the real stuff: getting past revenue plateaus, making confident decisions without second-guessing, building a business that works with your life instead of consuming it, and showing up with the kind of authority that makes people want to work with you.
"Smart, capable women who don't have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem. They're still leading like employees instead of CEOs — and it's costing them everything."
Sheri Brasier
What happens when you lead differently
THE EMERGENCY CALL A client reached out in a panic — sales had been slow for months and she was starting to doubt everything. We got on a call that day. I listened. I asked her questions she already knew the answers to. I helped her see what she couldn’t see alone. 30 days later, she had made $6,000.
THE PRESENCE SHIFT A client knew a promotion was within reach but felt like her self-confidence and presence were holding her back. We spent one VIP day uncovering what was actually getting in her way. Three months later, she had left that job entirely — hired at a new company with a higher salary, better benefits, and a confidence she didn’t know she had in her.
THE CEO BECOMING A client was frustrated, overwhelmed, and dreading going to her own office every day. The problem wasn’t her employees — it was how she was leading them. As she stepped into her identity as the CEO of her business, everything shifted. Her team started telling her how much better the work environment had become. She went from dreading her business to actually running it.

How we work together
My signature program is the Inner Circle — an intimate coaching experience where you get the business strategy, leadership development, and mindset work that actually moves the needle. It’s not another course you’ll never finish. It’s ongoing support from someone who will tell you the truth, hold you to the standard you say you want, and help you build a business that matches your capability.
I also work with clients through VIP Days, my Style & Leadership Luncheons, speaking engagements, and my podcast — because sometimes one conversation is all it takes to change everything.
And yes — I’m also a Master Stylist, because how you show up matters. Executive presence isn’t just a mindset; it’s the full picture. But that’s the finishing touch, not the foundation.
"When I'm not coaching, I'm a wife and boy mom living in Idaho — building the same kind of intentional life I help my clients create. I believe every woman has the capacity to lead at a level that surprises even her. Most of the time, she just needs someone to show her what she can't see on her own." That's what I do.
